DAVID MARK TO APPEAR BEFORE COURT THIS
MONDAY...
Former Senate President, David Mark may be
appearing before an Election Petition Tribunal, in
person, this week.
The National Assembly Tribunal sitting in the case of
Daniel Onjeh against Mark will resume hearing of the
petition on Monday, August 10, 2015.
At the adjournment of the last sitting, the Tribunal
granted Onjeh the leave to tender his last document
in the court to enable him close his case same day
his opponent would resume defence.
Sen. Mark, who's is the first respondent to Onjeh's
petition, is expected to personally appear in court to
adopt his deposition in order to give life to same.
Onjeh had earlier dragged Mark to court over the
outcome of the March 28 national assembly election
in Benue South Senatorial District, which he claimed
was allegedly marred with irregularities.
