Paying =N=55million for reciting the Quran by the Governor of Bauchi state should be against the constitution, as a Muslim oppose this, the rights of other non Muslims in Bauchi, as minimal a minority they may be should be considered. The government should not use state funds for religious practices as such. It does not speak well, not fair to others who are non Muslims. We must not let bias cloud our judgement! WRONG IS WRONG period!
This Lame Governor cannot even pay worker salaries, is it really about recitation of the Quran, something is fishy!
