The Minister of Power, Works and Housing, Mr Babatunde Fashola on Tuesday unveiled the blueprint of the Buhari administration on infrastructural development for Nigeria, announcing that the Federal Government would re-introduce highway tolling to raise additional funds to finance road maintenance, increase electricity tariff and construct 17, 760 flats nationwide to address housing deficit. Fashola, at his first news conference tagged ``Setting the Agenda for Delivering Change", noted that electricity tariffs, particularly in populous areas and industrial clusters would increase when the new rates are unveiled.
