Everyone who truly knows me KNOWS that i LOVE this industry and i am EVERYONE's cheerleader! Now like so many others, I TOO had a perception of different pay plans based on how it was explained by those who had their personal agenda. Not everyone will agree but i have been studying pay plans for the past 5 months in detail along with the track record of LONG TERM SUCCESSFUL distributors & companies with real WALKAWAY INCOME. Not just income of $40,000 a month yet they work 24/7. But real walkaway income. You see a pay plan creates a certain culture of a company (you are spot on Joe Garcia). This made so much sense and if you truly look at the type of plan of the company, you can pretty much predict the stability and the future longevity. Without getting into too much DETAILS, the whole purpose of this "note" is to shed a BIG LIGHT on those who continue to blurp "only the big people" make money on Binary Plans.
So here we go: Millionaires have been created in ALL types of payplans (binary, unilevel, breakaway, trimax, bimax, whatevermax). However, how they arrived at achieving their success is a significant difference. I know many great leaders in many different pay plans. I also know many leaders who are making $40-$60,000 monthly but they are working it 24/7 with alot of stress and damage control. So is this real residual or can you really have walkaway income? Perhaps. Heck, its better then working for $16 an hour. I usually see this in unilevel plans or matrix plans. Points get lost after the month and you start ALL OVER AGAIN!
I also know many who make the same amount in Binary payplans and they have enrolled far less people then those in the matrix plans or unilevel plans (contrary to what the majority of people think on binaries). Many cycling weekly without enrolling anymore people then the previous week or month or months. By the way, a compensation plan regardless of how it is structured is only as good as the leadership and personal development that is offered. Hence, the reason i left my former company of 10.5 years and joined my recent one!
Here is where the "come to jesus" message comes............. HERE WE GO!!!!!!!!!!! "a binary program is great for the big guys but not the little guys?" Okay, can someone explain to me what a little guy means? Are you talking about Grandma Heidi? (don't ask why i picked Heidi, just came to my head).
Let's cut to the chase here. Network Marketing is one of the best and only industry that offers a FAIR chance at success to those that APPRECIATE IT, GOES AFTER IT and FOllows the laws of universal success.
Why in the world are you interested in enrolling Grandma Heidi? If she isn't going to build, then why are you worried about her in a binary plan, let alone in your matrix or unilevel or your bimax, trimax, fossamax, yada yada? And aren't you in this industry to enroll the right people? To grow? to duplicate? Then why WOULDN"T YOU BE IN A BINARY PAY PLAN?? I hear this all the time. What about the little people. FOLKS!!! PAY ATTENTION, this may save you years of money, time and self doubt, here it goes......... THIS INDUSTRY IS NOT TO PLAY SMALL, this industry is about you working it and making a difference in your life by helping others. Didnt' you join MLM, NETWORK MARKETING to make it BIG? for those that joined to make a few bucks, here and there, well, i won't get into that subject and it is not geared towards you anyways.
Isn't this industry the industry that rewards DO'ers? Why do you continue to enroll level 1-4 people? YOu know you can bring them in because you have influence over these people. And don't get me wrong, some of these LEVEL 1-4 people can develop into a LEVEL 10 but guess what? NOT BECAUSE OF THE PAYPLAN STRUCTURE, but because of leadership and personal development. That's another topic for another day.
Why are we worried about the "little" people? Again let's be clear on what little means. To me, i take that definition as someone who isn't moving, someone who is not active, someone who has excuses.
"little people" don't get paid regardless of what pay structure they are at. This statement is often said which to me is a reflection of the type of people distributors go after.
If i am a go getter, why in the heck wouldn't i join a binary pay plan? I don't have an interest to enroll "little" people. Unless the level 1 people i sometimes enroll show me the potential via their actions.
Enroll Quality, not Quantity. Enroll Quality not Quantity. Sure bring in your mother, neighbor, best friend, but YOU DARN WELL some of these people are joning becasue of helping you. A few of those are joining because THEY see this as an opportunity to change their lives forever.
If your company pays you a high "enrollment" bonus, this leads to a culture of enrollment and not really duplication. Your check is as good as your last enrollment. So heck, enroll Grandma Heidi's sister too!!!! Why not, you'll get a $200 bonus for her too! 2 people for $400?? heck, i will enroll another 2, lets go after their grandparents. ARe you getting the message here? I know i am being a bit sarcastic but i want to make a point to so many who continue to build their business on the ignorance of so many.
But lets say we enroll Grandma Heidi, if volume is lost under her in a unilvel or a trimax or matrix, wouldn't Grandma Heidi be better off in a BINARY anyways, where you don't lose any volume whatso ever? HELLO???? Half of her biz is built so the chances of Grandma Heidi getting her "hiney" in gear would be alot greater in a binary no? This message is to educate those who don't really understand the binary payout plan for long term leverage income because i also, was one of those who thought the binary payplans are for the "superstars".
Just don't negate any payplans regardless of your experience or what others say, if there are millionaires in that payplan, IT WORKS. Whether you work it or not, is not the fault of the payplan or company. IF the culture of the payplan aligns wiht your mission, your vision, then GREAT!!!!! But Binarys are here to develop millionaires and true leveraged income so lets clear up that misconception that is out there. Continued success to all of you in the network marketing industry worldwide. Whether you are in a binary, canary, bimax, carmax, triple max, be real, be authentic and chase your dream!!!!!! Hopefully your company is going global as it is the next wealth creator in the next 5-7 years!! Don't be left behind!!! And the most important aspect of building big to last a lifetime is the law of association. The leadership and personal develpment TO ME, in my opininon, is the biggest factor in making the decision on who to join. Get in with the right people, focus on what YOU REALLY WANT like a laser beam, and your future will be created!!! I am doing it and i know you will too!!! LOVE YOU ALL!
