FLASH : Abia Chief Judge Moves To Swear In Alex Otti as Abia Governor Today

There are strong indications that the Abia State Chief Judge Justice Theresa Uzoamaka Uzoekwe has finalized moves to Inaugurate Dr Alex Otti as the duly elected Governor of Abia State as ordered by the court of Appeal.



PUO correspondent at the Premises of the Court of Appeal in Owerri reports that Lawyers to both parties are awaiting the Certified True Copies Of the Judgement From the office of the Court DCR.

Some of Otti's Lawyers told our correspondent that the Justice Oyebisi Omoleye led five-member Appeal court panel ordered immediate swearing in of their client because the occupant Dr Okezie Ikpeazu is seating on Dr Alex Otti's Seat.



The Tension is currently high in Umuahia.
